Returns & Exchanges Policy 

We want you to love your purchase from sorellaactive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

·         Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

·         Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Be free from perfume, body Odor and washing powder. Be free from makeup and tan marks.

How to Return

1.      Contact our team at info@sorellaactive.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.      We’ll provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

3.      Pack your item securely and send it back to us.

Refunds

·         Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·         Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

·         Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Exchanges

·         If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us first to confirm availability.

·         Exchanges are processed once we receive your return.

·         If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

·         If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

·         We’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

·         Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

·         We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
